J. Refugio 'CuCo' Gonzalez-Briseno

 May 27, 1972 - August 9,2008 

J. Refugio Gonzalez Briseno was born May 27, 1972, in Juanacatlan, Jalisco Mexico to his parents, Maria del Rosario Briseno and Javier Gonzalez. He was 36 years of age and a resident of Chicago Heights, Illinois. He died Saturday (Aug. 9, 2008) in a drowning accident in Wilmington.  

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at the Robey Park Manor Funeral Home, 2510 Chicago Road, Chicago Heights. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 13th at St. Paul Catholic Church, Chicago Heights. The Rev. Juan Pablo will officiate.

Burial will be El Salto Jalisco, Mexico.

He is survived by his wife, Leticia Gonzalez; one daughter, Jacqueline Gonzalez of Chicago Heights; three sons, Salvador Mendez Jr., Luis A. Mendez, Adrian Mendez, all of Chicago Heights; his parents, Maria del Rosario Briseno and Javier Gonzalez of Juanacatlan, Jalisco Mexico; three sisters, Esmeralda Curiel, Rubi Gonzalez, Imilda Gonzalez; and three brothers, Moises Gonzalez, Francisco Gonzalez, and Armando Gonzalez. He will be missed by all who knew him.
