John Henry Allen born in Magnolia, MS January 6, 1935 age 75 years of County Club Hills, Illinois formerly of  Chicago, beloved husband to Christine Cook-Allen, passed away on June 5, 2010. Loving father of seven children; Carolyn (Leon) Melton, Jacqueline Gosby, Ernestine Allen, Cynthia (Michael) Allen-Griffin, Brenda Allen, James Allen and Andre Allen. Proud grandfather of 26 and great-grandfather of 11. Also survived by 3 sisters; Octavia, Beatrice and Etta Ruth, nieces, nephews, and many good friends. Visitation Friday, June 11, 2010 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Robey Park Manor Funeral Home 2510 Chicago Road, Chicago Heights. The Funeral will take place Saturday, January 12, 2010 at Great Hope M.B.C. 13615 South Lawndale Ave. Robbins, IL.
